Missouri Preteen Camp

Meet old friends and make new ones as we learn various skills and play games that help us to appreciate God's wonderful way of life and the families He has given us.

Come spend a week of your summer with us in scenic Lake of the Ozarks State Park. The largest state park in Missouri will once again serve as host to preteens from all over the Midwest as they gather together fun, fellowship, and new experiences. In the peaceful setting of Camp Clover Point, campers will have opportunities to acquire new skills, build confidence, and deepen their knowledge of God, while reconnecting with old friends and making new ones!

Location

Lake of the Ozarks State Park, Camp Clover Point, 489 Camp Clover Point Drive, Kaiser, MO 65047.

Applicant Information

Campers ages 8-12.
High School Workers ages 15-17.
Adult Workers ages 18 and up. For worker positions, previous experience as an LYC camper or staff member would be helpful. Age, experience, and interests will be considered where possible in staff placement.
Mini Campers: ages 0-7. Staff members bringing younger children who are not old enough to be campers must submit a mini-camper application for each child.
Sibling Campers: ages 13-14. Staff members bringing older children 13-14 years of age must submit a sibling camper application for each and will be charged application and tuition fees. No sibling campers will be approved without a camper-age attendee from the same family. Sibling campers will be assisting on campus where needed and participating in activities as time and resources allow.

Mini-campers and Sibling Campers
The purpose of the mini-camp and sibling camper programs is for situations where both guardians of a child will be at camp, and must therefore bring their under-or-over camper-aged child to camp.
